Whilst we love tackling projects of all shapes and sizes, there are a few that really stand out to us. This Loft Conversion in Grays Essex was definitely one of these projects.
Deciding that they needed more space in their already lovely home, we worked with the client to tackle a loft conversion, transforming their current property into a three storey one.
The plan for the top floor was to make it light and spacious and create a bedroom that they wanted to spend as much time in as possible; and this is something that we think that we managed to create.
One key point when it came to working on this particular project was that the client wanted to make sure that the space had a more traditional feel.
This is a real difference to the usual modern style that we so often get requests for from our clients and is a style that we love to create.
In order to make sure that the loft conversion space felt as open as possible, skylights were installed to let in light from the roof.
The finishing touch for the property was to add in a rear box dormer, which we felt not only gave it a beautiful look on the inside, but also on the outside too.
We took great pride in being able to showcase this particular transformation to our client and in turn, we are happy to be able to share it with you.
Not only were we incredibly happy with the results, but we know that the client also was pleased with what we were able to create with their space.
