Some of the conversion projects that we are proud of is simply because of the overall finish of the entire space.

There are so many reasons to love what we do; it may be the design, we may love the fact that it has a different approach to others out there, or we may just love the sheer scale of the entire conversion or build as a whole.

Sometimes we fall in love with a project for the smallest touches that really bring all that hard work to life.

When we were requested to convert a loft in Thurrock for a customer, we were excited to learn that they wanted to be able to have an almost 5* hotel room feel to their space.

There were a variety of ideas that came to mind, however, we knew that one thing was for sure, it would feel luxurious every inch of the room.

We wanted to ensure that the loft conversion was bright and open and that it had plenty of light bouncing around.

In order to do this we installed Velux windows which allowed for as much of the sunshine to flood through as possible.

We also added a rear box dormer too, to ensure that it felt as open as possible.

So, what was the defining feature of this luxurious master bedroom loft conversion? Was it the juliette balcony? No, whilst these touches really did bring the space into its own, for us, one of the best parts of the entire space had to be the free-standing bath tub.

Yes, right there in the bedroom space, we installed a simple, yet classic free-standing bathtub at the client’s request.

This added touch really gave the entire space something special and helped to cement as one of our favourite loft conversions.
