When we tackle a loft conversion, the majority of times we need to install a dormer in order to accommodate whatever is requested within the space that the house has. However, when we met this particular client, it soon became apparent that in order to transform the loft in their property, we wouldn’t have to take this route.

They already had a nice high roof, which meant that there was plenty of space to be able to work with. In order to bring plenty of light into the room, we installed the Velux windows that help to ensure that it stays looking spacious and open.

The room itself was transformed into a chic and modern master bedroom that really worked perfectly with the space that was available to us. We also added an en-suite to the bedroom, which continued the real simple and elegant style with crisp clean lines.

The client was really pleased with how the conversion looked at the end of the project and we have to say that we were too. It might not have been the biggest project for us to work on, however, it was an enjoyable one and one that we take great pride in being able to bring to them.
